The buildings are built from high-quality materials which are used in civil engineering. Walls are made from sandwich panels and are 3 meters high and wall paints are imported from Italy (CASAT). Floor joists are from concrete 20cm thick and the ground floor is covered with granite. The façade is from ornamented stone and the façade carpentry is from solid mahogany wood with aluminum protection on the outside. Door woodwork is from solid medium-density fibreboard with high-quality bonds. The front doors are imported from Italy and have kasa locks. There are decorative plaster ornaments on the ceiling with necessary lighting. Ceramic pieces are first class and imported from Spain and Italy. The floorboards are from first class Slavonian oak (350mm x 60mm). Electrical equipment is Legrant (switches, switchboxes and jacks). The elevator for residents is in the garage. The garage has two elevators for residents and cars. They are of the Sember brand.
